📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and updating software and hardware.,Monitor and report on system performance and security issues.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure IT resources are available and accessible.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, anti-virus software, and help desk systems.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good understanding of data security and privacy principles.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaScript).Experience with cloud services (e.g.AWSGoogle Cloud).Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
