Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Represent the company at local events and meetings to promote our brand and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
