📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure compliance with company policies.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
