Village Market Jaya is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and operated efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for logistics and transportation management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all company vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
