CV Langit Permata is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading our culinary team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food production,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and trends,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain optimal stock levels,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for the safety and efficiency of the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus,Possession of a relevant cooking certification or diploma is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
