📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in screening and evaluating job applicants for various positions within the company
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
• Support HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and documents
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and orientation materials
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR-related projects as assigned
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide general support to the HR department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must
