📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and rulings, and provide training to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of tax strategies and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and rulings.,Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax risks and opportunities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
