Wipro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products through comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Lead and manage the testing efforts for digital transformation projects, ensuring that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality of digital products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to identify and resolve testing challenges.,Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough and effective testing of digital products.,Conduct various types of testing, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing, to identify and resolve defects.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure that the testing process is efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on digital transformation projects.,Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).,Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JIRA, and Jenkins.,Experience with performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner or JMeter.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing challenges.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
