The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity. This role is crucial to ensuring that our inventory is well-organized, secure, and ready for distribution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
