You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records, and you’ll support the team in managing payroll, expense reimbursements, and other administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in payroll processing, including calculating salaries, taxes, and benefits.
• Manage expense reimbursements and track company expenditures.
• Support the finance team in managing general ledger entries and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with the Dynamic Finance Team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not required.
