📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimal.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in store promotions and events to boost sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven track record of success in inventory management and sales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
