📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are displayed attractively.,Support the sales team by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in organizing promotions, discounts, and special events to boost sales.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar retail or sales role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
