📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR matters.,Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
