📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
