📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development and career growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using various learning management systems (LMS).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
