📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and financial transactions.,Assist in merchandising and display activities to attract customers and boost sales.,Support the outlet manager in implementing sales promotions and special events.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic computer applications and spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,High school diploma or equivalent.
