📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
