🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, and visual merchandising.
