CV Fajar Rahayu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of logistics activities.,Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of goods.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in the resolution of logistics issues and challenges.,Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
