📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Conduct tax planning and analysis for clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax services into overall business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
