📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the coordination of patient care activities, including scheduling appointments and tests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active and valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or medical center.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
