Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company,Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget,Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business partners,Conducting regular operational reviews to identify and address any issues or concerns,Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team to ensure that they are performing at their best

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines,Familiarity with project management tools and software,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
