We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescription guidelines.,Manage and maintain medication inventory, including restocking and tracking expiration dates.,Process insurance claims and handle patient billing, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.,Provide customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns about medications.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and adherence to treatment plans.,Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and hygiene protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and billing.,Familiarity with insurance claim processing procedures.,Valid pharmacist assistant certification or license.
