PT Galih Digital is looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure that the company receives the best possible products and services at the most competitive prices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing delivery schedules.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
