📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS),Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
