📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect sites regularly to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Prepare and submit reports on site progress, challenges, and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.,Manage site budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Provide technical guidance and support to field teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
