📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees,Deliver training sessions in a clear and engaging manner,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training plans,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide training and support to new employees,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Ability to travel as needed for training activities
