📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of die casting technicians and engineers, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of die casting machines, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor production schedules and inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industrial standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and components.
• Provide technical support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in die casting or related manufacturing roles.
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
