📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of dormitory facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and resident comfort.
• Manage and supervise a team of dormitory staff, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and enforce dormitory policies and procedures to maintain order and hygiene.
• Address resident concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of dormitory activities, including cleanliness schedules, incident reports, and resident feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent and address any issues.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and resident well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a dormitory, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle, if required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with dormitory management software, such as Dormy or similar systems, is a plus.
