📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor maintenance strategies accordingly.
• Utilize advanced tools and software, such as PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation tools, to support clients' operations.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs, using our proprietary software.
• Provide technical training and support to clients' staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment for clients and our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites.
• Familiarity with industry-specific certifications, such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified Industrial Maintenance Technician (CIMT), is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
