📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of TRIPLA's hotel software solutions, including PMS and RMS.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure software solutions meet their specific needs.
• Monitor software performance and provide regular updates to clients on system functionality and improvements.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance client knowledge and proficiency in using TRIPLA's software solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel software solutions, including PMS and RMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
