📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

• Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Ensure that all safety documentation and records are up-to-date and readily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in safety management and compliance.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH Professional, CSP, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local and international safety regulations and standards.
