As a Junior/Senior Accounts Executive at L & Co Plt, you will be responsible for managing the accounting processes of our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Daily, you will be using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP to manage financial data, prepare financial statements, and assist in audits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounting processes of our clients, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide financial advice to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and perform audit procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance (for Junior role) or 3-5 years of experience (for Senior role).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
