📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee the construction and interior fit-out processes for high-rise projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and interior designers to ensure design and construction standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, particularly in high-rise construction and interior design.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
