Join D-Net as a Freelance Recruiter (ISP) and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven recruiter to source, engage, and hire top-tier candidates for our growing team. Based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, you'll work remotely but collaborate closely with our in-house HR team to drive our recruitment efforts.

As a Freelance Recruiter at D-Net, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for various roles within our ISP (Internet Service Provider) division. You'll leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with potential candidates and employers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

This role offers a competitive salary package of IDR 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the growth of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles within the ISP division.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and candidates.
• Leverage recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards to attract candidates.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the ISP or telecom industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the local and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Familiarity with local job boards and industry-specific recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
